Enlarged thyroid
gland (Hemorrhagic nodular goiter): A 45-year-old woman presented
with a 1-day history of a painless, expanding
neck mass . The mass is did not pulsate like a blood vessel
and there was no evidence that the mass was compressing the structures
through which air flows to the lungs. Surgical exploration revealed
a bloody, enlarge thryroid (goiter). side
