c) Acute MI

The pain that the patient describes lasted only 20 minutes and was relieved with rest. The ECG shows ST depression in V2-V3. It is possible that the patient is having a non-Q-wave MI or posterior wall MI. Further work-up will be needed. This is not the best answer.
