BILATERAL FRONTAL BONE FRACTURES The axial CT scan shows the presence of bilateral frontal bone fractures (arrow heads) as well as subcutaneous air. There is some degree of depression of the left frontal bone fracture. LEFT FRONTAL INTRAPARENCHYMAL HEMORRHAGE The single arrow points to the presence of an area of intraparenchymal hemorrhage. Note the associated frontal bone fracture. The arrow heads point to soft tissue densities within the scalp bilaterally representing the presence of scalp hematoma.
