Fruit Smoothie
- 2 tbsp. blackberry
or cherry cordial
- 3/4 cup chilled
or partially frozen half-and-half
Mix or blend until smooth. Serve in a fancy glass, frosted if
you like. Serves 1.
Panamanian Smoothie Omit cordial; add 2 tbsp. chocolate
syrup and 2 tbsp. rum.
Creme de Menthe Smoothie Omit cordial; add 2 tbsp. creme
de menthe and 2 tbsp. vanilla ice cream (omit ice cream for low-lactose).

* Substitute nondairy creamer for half and half; omit ice cream.
** Each Serving containing half and half counts as 3/4 cup milk;
count 2 tbsp. of ice cream toward the daily 2-cup milk allowance.
